In my opinion due to data privacy and content accuracy concerns, LLM powered bots like chatGPT and Bard is not going to replace human curated bot anytime soon especially not for highly regulated Financial Industry or for big companies like Apple that put enhance emphasize on delivering the best experience with accurate & right content type with unique voice and tone.
LLM infused designer platforms will however help our conversational designers deliver best in class experience in a fraction of the time.
